Mashed Potato and Celery Root Cakes

Celery root (Celeriac) has a sweeter, milder taste than celery stalks and has less carbs than potatoes. You can grate it into a salad, cube it and use in a soup or stew recipe or cook it with potatoes and mash together which is one of my favourite ways to use it.
