Ontario blueberries make the best muffins!

Ingredients

2/3 c oil (sunflower, canola or grapeseed)
Directions
Sift the dry ingredients together.
Mix the sugar, oil, buttermilk, eggs and lemon zest.
Pour into the dry ingredients, stir until combined but still a bit lumpy.
Fold in the blueberries.
Scoop into lined muffin pan.
Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
Makes at least 16 muffins.
