Blueberry Sauce

Directions

1. Combine the berries, maple syrup and lemon zest then bring to a simmer.

2. Dissolve the cornstarch with a tsp of cold water.

3. Add the blueberries, stir and cook until slightly thickened.

4. Let cool and spoon over ice cream or whatever item you like.
