Ingredients

1 CUP Romaine Lettuce

2 Boiled Organic Lg Eggs

1-2 Small Diced Tomatoes

1/8 CUP Frech Broccoli

2-3 Slice of Ham

1/4 CUP Feta Cheese
Directions
Bring water to a boil. Add your eggs with a spoon so they do not splash you. and leave them in for 8 mins.
Cut your lettuce to your liking and chop the rest of your fresh vegetables and set aside.
Chop your ham into smaller pieces, and set aside.
Once eggs are done drain water and run cold water over them for 1 mins. Once the water is drained from the pot you can now shake the pot and the shells will easily crack and fall apart (so much easier to get them off). That's my favorite tip!
Layer your lettuce on the bottom and then add your fresh veggies, ham, eggs and then lastly add the Feta crumbled cheese (or any shredded or cubed cheese will do).
Serve and pour your favorite salad dressing over it, I choose to use Lemon and Garlic Fresh Dress salad dressing & Marinade which is available in our store. It has zero sugars and carbs.
