Your choice of cooked pasta (I love bow ties!)

1 ½ tbsp lemon juice

¼ c. mayonnaise

1 tbsp grainy dijon mustard

¾ c. roasted red pepper

¼ c. sliced green onions

¼ c. cooked corn

meat from 1 frozen, cooked lobster, thawed, shell removed and cut into chunks

salt and pepper
Directions
Combine lemon juice, mayo, mustard, red pepper, green onions and corn in a bowl. Mix until combined. Add pasta and lobster and gently mix in. Season
