The sweet dough in this recipe is great to work with. I use it for pies and tarts. You can also roll it a bit thicker and use it for sugar cookies. Versatile!

This is a lovely sauce over my apple tart, on ice cream, or my favourite, brownies! Add a bit of salt for salted caramel.
