Stuffed Cheesecake Strawberries

Simple dessert for any cookout, family BBQ, or anytime you are craving something sweet but don't want the carbs or calories.
Ingredients
- 12 large strawberries
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Remove stems and clean strawberries.
Cut off a little bit of the strawberry tops allowing them to stand up on your plate or dish. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Transfer cream cheese mixture into a pastry bag or Ziploc bag and snip a corner off to make a hole.
Pipe the cream cheese into the strawberry centers. Once you are finished stuffing the berries, plate and serve cold, right away.
