One of my favourite times of year is Ontario Asparagus season.

Long weekend ahead, time for the barbecue. When Ontario asparagus arrives I could eat it every day. Adding it to potatoes also done on the barbecue makes an easy and delicious side to have with Soy Lime Barbecued Chicken.

Delicious tender-crisp asparagus on a flaky, buttery puff pastry crust.
