In what seems like a lifetime ago I used to have a bakery shop in Lanark Village. It was my dream from a very young age to be a baker and have my own bakery in the village I grew up in.I have tried many chocolate chip cookie recipes over the years but my bakery recipe is the one I always come back to.
This fresh, flavourful salad is great for outdoor dining on a sunny day. Combine it with my recipe for Chicken Souvlaki Skewers and finish off the meal with Revani Cake.
This is a moist cake that is not overly sweet. It keeps well for a couple of days and actually tastes better the second day. A great finish to our Greek Flavours meal.
With the cooler weather this week, having some leftover chicken in the fridge and looking for a quick meal after work I made a comforting dinner using a jar of Indian Life Butter Masala Sauce. The kitchen smelled amazing.
