Finding myself with some extra milk left after my Grandson's visit I found a recipe for traditional Portuguese Tarts made with just a few ingredients. The result is a sweet, custardy, creamy tart that is melt in your mouth delicious!
A delicious one pan meal, nice served with a salad on the side. Great with 2 cups cooked chicken added in. I have also added sautéed onions, but it's optional for this recipe.
This is a light tasting, fresh flavoured dessert. Perfect ending to Easter dinner. You can also top the cake with the whip cream first and spoon the berries over top. Either way is delicious.
Top these potatoes with a little more butter, some sour cream or some grated cheese. They will fan out as they bake. With a little extra work you have very impressive looking baked potatoes. Perfect for your Easter dinner.
