This Couscous salad is a perfect side dish to a grilled entree. The Honey Basil Vinaigrette makes it special, and Ontario basil is now in the store (if you don't have some handy in your garden.)

Peaches and blueberries are a classic combination, whether in a pie or cake. Having been a professional baker, I'm fond of scratch cake, and almost all my cake recipes include buttermilk. This Peach Cake is one of my favourites, presented on a beautiful antique glass cake plate, alongside the blueberry sauce.
