Peach and raspberry, a match made in heaven!

This Asian noodle salad is a light refreshing salad that is not filling and a great accompaniment to Korean Barbecued Chicken.

An easy recipe this week to showcase the beautiful garlic scapes in season now. Great on top of a grilled steak, use to sauté vegetables, on a toasted baguette or warm biscuit, in mashed potatoes.

I served it alongside grilled peppers and onions, a tomato and cucumber salad and some couscous. Rice or grilled potatoes would also work.
