Paired with my version of Mexican Street Corn, these fresh green beans were delicious, but they would also make a fantastic side dish to go with anything you like to jazz up a meal.

After spending a few days in Prince Edward County last week and eating at an amazing Mexican restaurant I couldn't stop thinking about the Mexican Street Corn. I made a similar version that satisfied my obsession.

Can’t get enough of these peaches!

The fruit goes on top but sinks to the bottom and the cake rises to the top. Serve with whip cream or ice cream if desired.

Peaches and tomatoes seem like an usual combination but compliment each other very well.
